1. What we collect

Account data: the email address you sign up with and the authentication records needed to keep you signed in.

Server data: the server name, description, password, world settings, mods and connection details associated with each server you deploy.

Billing data: the subscription and payment status returned by our payment processor. Card numbers are handled entirely by the processor and never reach our systems.

Technical data: request logs and error reports generated while you use the dashboard, used to keep the platform stable and secure.

2. Why we use it

We use your data to create and operate your server, to show you accurate status and connection information, to process subscription payments and renewals, to answer support requests and to protect the platform from abuse.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers and the platform carries no advertising or third party tracking.

3. Who processes it

Our payment processor handles checkout, subscriptions and invoices. Our infrastructure provider hosts the game servers and stores the world files and mods you upload. Our backend platform stores account records and server metadata.

Each of these providers acts on our instructions and only receives the data required to deliver their part of the service.

4. How long we keep it

Server files, world saves and backups are kept for as long as the subscription is active and are deleted when the server is removed after cancellation.

Account records are kept while your account exists. Billing records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax rules.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Message us on WhatsApp at +46 76 248 73 60 and we will respond within thirty days.

Deleting your account also removes any servers still attached to it, so download your world save first if you want to keep it.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage entries required to keep you signed in and to remember dashboard preferences. There are no advertising or analytics profiling cookies on this website.

7. Security

Access to your server is protected by your account credentials, and server records are isolated per account at the database level. Traffic between your browser and the dashboard is encrypted.

Choose a strong password and contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we will announce it by email before the change takes effect.
