Terms of service

1. The service

PalworldHost rents dedicated Palworld game servers on a monthly subscription. When your payment is confirmed we create a server on our infrastructure provider and make it available to you through the dashboard on this website.

The service includes power controls, the world settings editor, mod and plugin installation, automatic world backups and the connection details required for players to join.

2. Accounts

You need an account to deploy and manage a server. You are responsible for keeping your sign in details private and for everything that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate contact information so that we can reach you about billing, scheduled maintenance and incidents affecting your server.

3. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. The price shown at checkout is the price charged for each renewal until you change plan or cancel.

If a renewal payment fails we will retry it. A subscription that remains unpaid is suspended, and the server is removed once the retry period ends.

4. Cancellation and world data

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Your server stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is removed from our infrastructure at that point.

Download a copy of your world save before the period ends if you want to keep it. Once a server is removed, its files and backups are deleted and cannot be recovered.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to host content that is unlawful, to attack or disrupt other networks, to distribute malware, or to run software unrelated to your Palworld server.

You are responsible for the mods and configuration you install and for moderating the players you invite. We may suspend a server that puts our infrastructure or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why.

6. Availability and support

We aim to keep every server online continuously, but hardware, networks and the Palworld dedicated server software can fail, and maintenance is occasionally required. We will give notice of planned maintenance where it is possible to do so.

Support is provided over WhatsApp on +46 76 248 73 60. We answer questions about the platform, provisioning, configuration and connectivity. We cannot guarantee that a third party mod behaves correctly.

7. Liability

The service is provided as it stands. Our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the month the claim arose.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.

PalworldHost is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pocketpair, Inc. Palworld and all related marks belong to their respective owners.
